Who we are – Underwater-housing.co.uk was launched in 2004 and continues to establish itself as a specialised Internet supplier to the underwater photographic enthusiast market. The many other new products that are being added from time to time complement the large range of photographic products on offer. They include computer and digital based products for which there is now a fast growing demand as photography leans towards the fast moving digital era.
The lower costs associated with I-business strategy plus the buying power that Underwater Housing enjoys, means that considerable savings are being passed on to our customers.
Making a purchase - You can view our products in three ways...
By Category - this groups products according to their manufacturer and type.
By Manufacturer - this shows a products list grouped solely by manufacturer.
By Searching - Use keywords like 'Fuji' or 'Nikon' or Sealife' to refine the products list to precisely what you are searching for.
To add products to your 'shopping cart' please click the ' add to cart' button next to the product. You can modify or delete items from your cart at any time - click on 'cart contents' . To finalise your order and make payment for the goods purchased, click on 'checkout' .
You will be asked to log in, which requires you to create an account if you do not already have one. Once created you will then proceed to the checkout area where you need to provide your payment details. Please ensure that all of the details are 100% correct and we will do the rest.
You can view order status by logging in to your online account, and going to the 'my history' page. We endeavour to update the status of all orders as they progress through the system.
Ordering terms and conditions
Post and Packing Options - We currently supply free delivery to the UK. We will supply to countries outside the UK but you must email us first for delivery costs. Our dispatch service is City Link. NORMAL DISPATCH CAN VARY BETWEEN 1-4 WORKING DAYS

All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.
Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local City Link office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 14 days of dispatch then please report it. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.
Payment - We accept all major debit & credit cards except American Express. Should you enter a card type, which we do not accept, you will be advised at the time of ordering. You must ensure that all details given for payment are correct and that you are an authorised user of that payment card. Should a situation arise whereby we need to contact you because of a payment problem, then an email will be sent to you advising of this once the order has been processed in our offices. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full (except back orders - see below). If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to duties/taxes/charges that may be levied once the package/s reach the delivery destination. Any such charges must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they might be.
Security of your payment details is as important to us as it is to you, and to that end, our payment pages are fully encrypted on our own secure web server. When you are confirming your details look out for the 'Padlock' symbol in your web browser!
Back Orders - We endeavour to maintain full stock of all the products available on our website. Sometimes, however, we can become out of stock of some items. Items ordered which are found to be out of stock are placed on Back Order automatically by our system. When an item is out of stock, please be assured that it is already on order by us and will be dispatched as soon as possible; you may cancel any back ordered item if it has not already been, processed for delivery.
Cancellation of Order - You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and have a refund in full if you return the goods to us in perfect condition and that the return does not consist of any copyrighted or perishable goods. The goods to be returned must be unused, and in its original packaging, we will not refund goods that have been used unless they are faulty. The cost of return postage is payable by you. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us.
Returns - Should you wish to return goods to us;
to return an unwanted item you must do so within 7 days of the date of purchase? Please see above. In certain cases, manufacturers provide support directly to end-users - we will inform you if needed.
Shortages and Errors - It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.
Product Images and Packaging - Photographs of items offered for sale are for illustrative purposes only.
Prices and Availability - Our business is very dynamic, and we always like to offer you the very best prices. Prices can fluctuate according to market trends, and availability is subject to demand. In all cases, we reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has been made.
Communication - By using underwater-housing.co.uk, you accept that Internet based communication is an adequate form of long distance communication between us. We do ask for a contact phone number in case we need to discuss payment issues with you. We will not call you for any reason other than to discuss your order.
Privacy - 100% we respect your personal privacy and will keep all of your information confidential. Underwater-housing.co.uk will not disclose any buyer’s information to any third parties and your email address details are safe with us. We do occasionally send out promotional emails with details of products and special offers that you may be interested in.
Children – underwater-housing.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use underwater-housing.co.uk only with the involvement of your parent of guardian.
